Hello can someone please tell me my chances of getting into University of Wisconsin Madison.

My GPA suffered a lot from my freshman year but there has been an upward trend since then in my grades. Currantly, junior year, I am taking 3 APs and a dual credit class and next year I am taking 5 APs and a dual credit class.
I am an Illinois resident applying out of state to UW-Madison. I plan on majoring in political science and I currently I have an internship with my congressional representative and I am a volunteer for the state gubernatorial election.
